Spiritual enlightenment is a characteristic that many families used to strive for in their daily lives. However, as the pace of life picked up and families were fragmented due to divorce, work and other distractions spiritual development of the family unit was overlooked. Today spiritual enlightenment is beginning to make a come back as families have realized that this is what was missing in their family dynamics.

Family Worship

Family worship is one way to achieve spiritual enlightenment for your family. Family worship involves praying together and studying your religion together. This process needs to be consistent and it needs to involve everyone in the family.

Family worship needs to be a part of every aspect of the family’s life. This means that concepts and philosophies that are learned during structured worship need to be applied to how the family acts and what they do during their day.

For example, families may infuse their business practices with concepts of charity by donating used or left over materials to organizations that can utilize the items. They can also infuse their daily life with concepts and philosophies learned during worship by being mindful of how they treat each other and other people.

Family worship can inspire family spiritual enlightenment if it is made a foundational part of the family’s culture. This means that religious beliefs are not only spoken but practiced and shared. It also means that religious values are utilized to enhance the relationships between family members, even during the tough times.

Making Spiritual Enlightenment Fun

Many families stay away from developing spiritual enlightenment because it seems like work. When spiritual enlightenment and worship seems like work it is avoided like the plague. This viewpoint will also make it seem like a liability, more than an asset.

In order to turn spiritual enlightenment into a family asset it needs to be fun for the family to work on. To make spiritual enlightenment fun worship and practice needs to be energetic and fun. For example, instead of only attending religious services as your family’s form of worship study, you can also participate in religious retreats, you can plan fun family activities that explore your religion and you can tackle spiritual development through nature excursions and spirituality building events.

Another way to make spiritual enlightenment more fun is to develop a family spiritual ethical will. Each member of the family can write a section. This document will outline what the family believes in and how they want their family to evolve.

Conclusion

How can I achieve spiritual enlightenment for my family? The answer to this question is going to vary for each family unit. To answer this question you need to sit down with your family and determine what spiritual goals you have and what you want to accomplish with your journey towards family spiritual enlightenment.

Top 5 Meditation Tips to Reduce Stress

Meditating has been used for centuries to reduce stress and improve overall health. This is an activity that does not require anything special for the best effects. Having the proper place and sitting in a comfortable position are two of the only things that are needed for anyone to meditate. Here are the top five mediation tips.

Create the right environment

Place is essential when finding the right time to mediate, and it is important to find a peaceful spot. This is especially important for beginners. Distractions should be minimized, and this allows a person the time to focus on their meditations. Lots of meditation occurs outdoors in a serene setting. Some people even like to turn on soft music or listen to a tarot reading.

Make the time

The best thing about meditating is that it can really be done anytime and in any place. There are no restrictions. It is imperative to find the proper time for meditation. Hunger and medium readings can be a big distraction, and finding a time in between meals can provide successful results. Some psychics recommend that meditation should commence first thing in the morning. This can then provide the strength that is needed to get through a hard day. Other people find that the evenings are the best time for them to meditate. The important thing is to find a reliable time each day and create a habit of meditation.

Sitting postures

Breathing is heavily influenced by posture, and meditation should be done in an erect position that makes it essay to focus on breathing. Seated positions open up the airways, and there are several choices for practitioners. Some like to sit close to the earth. They may use a cushion to provide a little comfort, but they sit directly on the ground. Other people prefer to sit in a chair. Either of these options is good as long as the back is kept straight. Lying down can lead to naps and is not recommended.

Breathing

Breathing is the key to successful meditation, and there are a few tips that can make it easy to focus on the breathing patterns. The breaths should be deep and long, and they should ideally emanate from the stomach and not the chest. The stomach should move during the breathing process, but the chest should stay still. Inhaling and holding the breath for a three count is the normal method. This may be focused on by beginners, but it will soon come naturally to an experienced psychic.

Silence the mind and concentrate

Meditating is essentially a quest to quiet the mind and create an air of serenity. There are several ways that a clairvoyant will approach this task. Some rely on what is known as a single point of concentration. This can be something as simple as a flame from a candle. Practitioners usually focus on their breath while their sight is affixed on the point. Chanting on is another way to focus on breath and create the serenity needed for meditation. Eventually, meditative states can be reached quite easily. They lead to what is known as a zero state, and there are no thoughts in the mind. An overwhelming silence pervades, and this can create serenity. Meditating is something that anyone can do, and the benefits are reduced stress and improved health.

Hello world,
This is a bit different for me but I am going to post below a video. I above all people should have not been surprised. I have been speaking for years about how both parties are pretty much the same and how they do the bidding of the International Banking Cartel which uses groups like the CFR (Council on Foreign Relations) and the Trilateral Commission to influence people. Well in this video they show Obama and Romney making comments on dozens of important issues and in most cases not only does the answer elude to the same, they almost used the exact same words.

Comments are welcome as always.

Any Republican planning on voting for Romney will have plenty of explaining to do if I get to speak to them.

What I see from both of these candidates is someone wanting to control the people in a country as if they own them and they are for their gain or aid in building the world like a few people want.
Neither Obama or Romney have any place in office in a free country that claims to observe natural law and natures law. Natural Law for humans puts humans at a different place than bees. We want to be free and possess things, we don’t need to be managed like a bunch of bees working in the hive.

In order to study the human mind several strange experiments have been created. Apparently, under bizarre circumstances we can learn a lot about the mind. Not many have been as strange and yet so insightful as the three in this list, digging straight for the source of evil.

Milgram Experiment
In this experiment, created in 1961 by Stanley Milgram, we see how far humans will go on listening to authority while being told to do something cruel.
A man behind a screen is to receive shocks when he answers questions wrong. The experiment is made to test the person giving the shock, to see how far they are willing to go. As more wrong answers are given the voltage is increased. As it gets into lethal levels, the man behind the screen screams in pain, while a guy in a lab coat tells the participant it’s “okay”. Both are actors but the participant giving the shock thinks it’s all real.
The Milgram Experiment has been recreated over and over again and the results are always surprising. Over 65% of the participants were willing to shock a stranger to death, although most of them seemed uncomfortable at some point doing so.

Stanford Prison Experiment
An experiment where average people become guards and prisoners for two weeks. After just a few days the experiment starts looking like a real prison, and the guards even create rules and chores of their own, like the classic group discipline tactic of punishing the whole group when one man disobeys. The prisoners become obedient and even upset with the other disobedient prisoner.
Stanford Prison Experiment – Documentary

Robbers Cave Experiment
In this experiment we look for the nature of prejudice. Two groups of eleven kids are created and given group names, “The Eagles” and “The Rattlers”; and are to compete in various sports and tasks over several days. With no coach teaching them about sportsmanship or maintaining the peace, we see hostilities form after just a few days.
From this we learn that hostilities can form between strong group identities,
which is exactly what we were expecting, but we don’t learn much about why that is.
The Robbers Cave experiment leaders eventually had to find a way to reduce friction between the groups. Cooperative tasks between the groups called “superordinate goals” were created. So we learned a few conflict resolution tricks.
In all these experiments we mostly learn that our assumptions were correct, something that is needed for citation purposes in further studies when we search for the “why”, etc.

China and Russia have sent a very clear warning to America and her Nato allies, which is “attack Iran and you will have us to deal”. Although these threats have been largely unreported in the West, a quick glance at Russia Today or Chinese state news will reveal just how seriously the two powers are taking America’s bellicose posturing. As far as the Western narrative goes, Iran is currently in Nato’s crosshairs because the country is an unstable, undemocratic repressive state, that sponsors terrorism against the West and is apparently in the process of developing nuclear weapons capacity. However, the Russians and Chinese see things very differently. In their view, Iran is much like any other Middle Eastern country in terms of its political character; the major distinction between Iran and other middle eastern countries such as Saudi Arabia or Bahrain, is that Iran is closely allied with China and Russia in diplomatic and economic terms. For the Chinese, this is the explanation behind America’s hawkish attitude.

At the start of the 2002 invasion of Afghanistan, a few commentators in the West argued that whilst on the surface the war may have been about dealing with an alleged terrorist breading ground, in reality, the military action was a strategic move, designed to halt the expansion of Chinese influence in the area. Similar arguments were made regarding the later war with Iraq. China, which by all accounts is an awaking giant, lacks one key natural resource and that’s oil. Chinese economic capacity will never attain its full potential without a secure source of oil. Iran, in particular, has offered a solution to this problem. As the West attempts to isolate Iran by imposing sanctions and embargoes on its oil exports, the Chinese have been more than happy to step in and buy the oil themselves. Thus, the economies of China and Iran have become inextricably linked, elevating the degree of importance the Chinese place on protecting Iranian sovereignty.

So are the current tensions with Iran all about oil and Chinese containment? The American, Israeli and British Governments would argue not. In their view, the crucial factor underscoring the Nato threats is the fact that Iran is developing its nuclear capacity. It should be noted that this is very different from saying the Iranians are developing nuclear weapons; as far as I am aware, no one has seriously alleged this yet. What worries America and her allies is that the development of nuclear science at all within Iran will make the possibility of the regime gaining military nuclear capacity in the future more likely. Memories of the 1938 Munich agreement almost certainly lurk at the back of the minds of many when considering whether Iran should be permitted to travel down the road of nuclear development.

Many commentators have addressed the question of what would happen if Iran was to achieve nuclear armament. On the one hand, some analysts observe that Iran would be highly unlikely to use nuclear weapons, even if they gained them. Iranians will not be ignorant of the fact that use of a nuclear weapon against one of its presumed enemies (such as Israel or Great Britain) would almost certainly result in the annihilation of Iran by NATO. Thus possession of a nuclear weapon becomes a purely defensive matter, intended to deter attacks from the outside world. On the other hand, more hawkish observers note that there is a significant radicalized population within Iran. This population makes no efforts to disguise its desire to obtain and use nuclear weapons against Israel. Indeed, some extreme fundamentalist groups within Iran have even adopted a mushroom cloud as their chief logo. It is further argued that extremists (especially religious extremists) do not share in the instinct for self-preservation. For them, the apocalypse of the human race is not only a fast-track ticket to paradise, it is also the work of God.
